Booley Pistachio & White Chocolate Buttercream combines sweet creamery butter with 100% pistachio butter and white chocolate for a creamy, indulgent buttercream with a distinctive pistachio flavour.
Use it between layers of sponge, spread it over cakes and traybakes, or pipe it onto cupcakes and buns. Booley recommends taking the buttercream out of the fridge 30 minutes to 1 hour before use, then piping it with a star-shaped nozzle for cakes or cupcakes.
