By placing an order through our website, you agree to these terms.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Our products
We make reasonable efforts to describe and display products accurately.
Because Booley Foods produces food products, small natural variations in colour, texture or appearance may occur between batches.
Product photographs are intended to represent the product as accurately as reasonably possible, but appearance may vary slightly.
The product information displayed on each product page, including ingredients, allergens, storage instructions and other mandatory food information, should be read before placing an order.
Allergies
Customers are responsible for checking ingredient and allergen information before purchasing or consuming a product.
Allergen information is provided on the individual product page and on the product packaging.
If you have a serious allergy and require additional information before ordering, please contact us at booleyfoods@gmail.com.
Prices
All prices shown on the website are in euro and include VAT where applicable.
Delivery charges are shown separately before the customer completes the order.
The total amount payable will be shown before payment is made.
Ordering
You can review and correct the contents of your basket before completing your purchase.
An order is placed when you complete the checkout process and submit payment.
We will send an electronic acknowledgement of your order to the email address supplied during checkout.
Irish e-commerce rules require an electronic acknowledgement of online orders and a way for customers to identify and correct input errors before placing an order.
We reserve the right to reject or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, an obvious pricing or website error has occurred, payment has not been authorised or we reasonably believe an order is fraudulent.
If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, the amount paid will be refunded.
Payment
We accept the payment methods displayed during checkout.
Payment is processed securely through our payment provider.
The website will clearly display accepted payment methods and any delivery restrictions at or before the start of the ordering process, as required for distance contracts.
Product availability
All products are subject to availability.
Where an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we will contact you and offer an appropriate refund or alternative where agreed.
Delivery
Delivery areas, charges and estimated delivery times are explained on our Delivery & Returns page.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Perishable products
Many Booley Foods products are perishable and must be handled and stored according to the instructions provided with the product.
Customers should refrigerate products promptly where instructed.
We recommend checking an order immediately after delivery.
Changing your mind
Consumers purchasing online normally have cancellation rights. However, Irish consumer legislation provides exceptions, including goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly and certain sealed goods that cannot be returned for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.
Because Booley Foods sells food, whether a statutory change-of-mind cancellation right applies may depend on the particular product.
Further information is provided in our Delivery & Returns policy.
This does not affect your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied or not as described.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
If there is a problem with your order, contact us as soon as reasonably possible at booleyfoods@gmail.com, quoting your order number and providing photographs where appropriate.
Your statutory rights under Irish consumer law are not affected by these terms.
Food safety and storage
Products must be stored and used in accordance with the storage instructions provided on the packaging.
Booley Foods cannot be responsible for deterioration caused by products being stored contrary to the supplied instructions after delivery.
This does not affect liability for products that were faulty, unsafe or non-conforming when supplied.
Promotions
Promotional offers, discount codes or competitions may be subject to additional terms.
Any conditions applying to an offer will be made clear when that promotion is advertised.
Website content
Unless otherwise stated, text, images, branding, graphics and other material appearing on this website are owned by or licensed to Booley Foods.
They may not be reproduced or used commercially without permission.
Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
