We want your Booley Foods order to reach you in excellent condition.

Delivery charges and any available delivery options are shown at checkout before payment is completed.
Orders are normally dispatched within 5 working days and delivery is expected within 3-5 working days.
If no specific delivery date has been agreed, Irish consumer law generally requires goods to be delivered without undue delay and no later than 30 days after purchase. The retailer remains responsible for the goods until they are received by the customer.
Refrigerated products
Some Booley Foods products require refrigeration.
Please unpack your order promptly when it arrives and follow the storage instructions shown on the individual product packaging.
If you believe a refrigerated product has arrived in unsuitable condition, please contact us as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and, where relevant, photographs of the parcel and product.
If Booley Foods arranges the courier, Booley Foods remains responsible for the order until you receive it.
Returns and change of mind
Consumers buying online normally have a 14-day cooling-off period during which they can cancel eligible purchases without giving a reason. However, there are exceptions.
The statutory cancellation right does not apply to goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly. It may also not apply to sealed goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons once they have been unsealed.
As Booley Foods sells food products, some products may therefore be excluded from the normal change-of-mind cancellation right.
Where the statutory right to cancel does apply, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods. You then normally have a further 14 days to return them.
Please contact us before returning any product.
Faulty, damaged, unsafe, or incorrect goods
The exclusions applying to some perishable products do not affect your rights where goods are faulty, damaged, unsafe, incorrectly supplied, or not as described.

Refunds
Where a refund is due, it will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless another method has been agreed.
Where a valid cancellation right applies, applicable refunds must generally be made within 14 days of the trader being informed of the cancellation, subject to the rules governing return of the goods.
